Maxi support
Maxi is a private journal with an AI companion for reflecting on how you are. This page is for when something is not working, when you have a question about your data, or when you need more help than an app can give.
Contact
Support questions and privacy requests both go to czechspeed1337@gmail.com. That address is answered by Jan Vančák (IČO 87592193), the data controller, registered at Na Pančavě 530, 538 51 Chrast, Česká republika.
If your question is about your account, writing from the email address you sign in with helps us find it.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account and data. This deletes your sign-in account and everything Maxi stores about you, immediately. It cannot be undone.
If you want a copy first, Settings → Export saves everything as a PDF or a text file on your phone.
If you can no longer open the app, write to czechspeed1337@gmail.com and ask for your account to be deleted.
About the AI
Maxi’s replies are written by an AI model from DeepSeek or Groq, not by a person. They can be wrong, and they are not therapy, medical advice or an emergency service.
If a reply is harmful, inappropriate, wrong, or raises a privacy concern, you can report it without leaving the conversation: tap the small flag under the reply, then Report response. Reports go to the people who run Maxi, not to the AI.
If you are in crisis
Maxi cannot respond to an emergency. If you are in danger, or might hurt yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number now — 112 works anywhere in the EU.
In the app, Settings → Crisis resources lists helplines for your language. The same lines are below.
